I bring over 20 years of experience in designing learning and delivering learning for leaders, founders, and business owners.

My research has focused on the mindsets for success and what makes professionals thrive and be successful in their lives, careers, and businesses.

In 2019 I launched the UTS Techcelerator—a pre-accelerator to enable deep tech commercialization and startup pathways. Today, I direct iAccelerate at the University of Wollongong, which incubates your business ideas from startup to scaleup.

I know that professionals want just-in-time content, masterclasses, workshops, events, and coaching—curated to their needs, relevant to their stage and goals, and available on-demand in flexible formats that deliver results.

I have developed the Accelerate You! programs and community to support pioneers in their fields, who are innovating, starting up and scaling up while making their lives and their world better.
