Why I do it
My Why and passion is the motivating force that keeps me in the game! Despite having such an accomplished educational background and business experience I still got down in the trenches and worked every position in my company. I physically worked in the group home bathing, cooking meals, mopping floors, cleaning toilets, transporting individuals, doing laundry, and changing adult diapers. That’s how I’m able to set and expect a certain level of care within my business. I can look each candidate for direct care support directly in the eye and express how important having an anointed level of care is.
