Foundations
In Foundations, you will prepare for the course by setting yourself up for participation, connection, and maximum learning. You will learn about the impact that money trauma and stress have on your nervous system and begin to consciously regulate your body psyche to receive The Reverence Framework. Foundations provide the medicine that will help you relax and sink into the Get Right with Money journey.
Root + Resource
The first facet of The Reverence Framework, Root and Resource encourages the nervous system to settle and calm further, which helps your conscious mind to come more fully into the present moment with compassion. Root and Resource wraps your body psyche in care which creates the capacity to see, and unravel, money wounding.
Remember
Utilizing the wise architecture of Internal Family Systems "parts", you will access and wider and deeper connection with the rich ecosystem of self - most importantly, the core self and your incredible strengths and capacity. Remembering this essence of wholeness and wisdom, as well as your incredible skill and strength, will remind you that you can and that you will, Get Right with Money. This inner strength provides the counterpoint to remember the context of our scarcity wounding as women - we will begin to name the societal, cultural, and familial messaging that is the narrative that drives your relationship with money.
Restore
In the third facet of The Reverence Framework, you will be invited into multiple ways of healing: exploring money narratives over our lifetime, utilizing active imagination to bring understanding and healing to parts of you that carry money wounds, and finally metabolizing money wounds utilizing trauma-sensitive somatic practices. These practices create spaciousness, currency, and freedom bringing more of you into the present moment to make clear and powerful choices with your money.
Receive
Open to a new relationship with money - through written practice and visualization, you will be invited to connect with money in new ways and begin to attune to the truth of who you are, and who you wish to be, with your money. In this facet of The Reverence Framework, you consciously begin to shift the narrative toward a new path with your money.

I love that you are considering Get Right with Money. I know it's a big decision, and for women who feel fear, or shame, or anxiety around their situation with money, it can be especially difficult to show up and say yes. I so get it.
I was in such pain with my money in my 20's - deep in debt, living hand to mouth, despite being an accountant for a publically traded company. When I got sober, I cleaned up some of my money messes, but still didn't want to take responsibility - until I had my daughter, which changed so much for me. In any case, despite my solid credentials and years of teaching women how to Get Right with Money, I have known the sting of shame and anxiety around money. And I know the power that comes from healing on a practical, energetic, and emotional level.
