Hello Friends - I'm Pam, an online entrepreneur, just like you. I'm also a business attorney.
I've always has a passion for helping women in business. While there are lots of things about running a business that are the same no matter who you are, I've come to learn that women face unique challenges as business owners.
Often they are not taken seriously and they have to work a lot harder to try to earn the respect they deserve for the amazing businesses that they build.
I decided it was time to change the odds for women business owners. I knew I need to find a way to reach out to these women and let them know they are not alone and that there is support and resources out there for them. There are so many women looking to connect with other women business owners to help make a difference.
To get the party started, I created The Step Up Network LLC as a way to bring women business owners together. The problem was, while so many women loved the idea and enjoyed the networking and support opportunities, I felt like my impact just wasn't big enough. While I was reaching a few women, I wasn't making the difference I wanted to make. The difference I knew I could make.
I'll never forget the Saturday afternoon when The Step Up Your Legal Bootcamp (TM) was born. I was strategizing on how to pivot my online business to reach more women and have more impact, when the puzzle pieces all came together and I realized that I could reach so many more women business owners and have the biggest impact by providing legal templates and legal information.
