  • Suffer from high anxiety

OK, so you have low uncertainty tolerance - how can you work with that?

The quiz has told you that uncertainty can make you highly anxious; it can take its toll on you and trigger a fear response within you, both mentally and physically. Sometimes, you find you may panic when things don’t go to plan or something springs up out of the blue.

BUT there are some upsides to it.

The first is that you’re a real pro at spotting threats.

The second is that Uncertainty Tolerance levels can be improved, so you’re at a point where you can totally shift the dial!

For example, you could begin by noticing your ‘safety behaviours’. These are the habits you use to cope with or avoid uncertainty when you don’t know how things will turn out, and consider whether these actually help you or make matters worse. Then, attempt to reduce these little by little.

This awareness and acknowledgment of where you’re at is the first key step to becoming an Uncertainty Expert – so it’s great you’ve already got that under your belt!

Now it’s time to tune in even more to become consciously aware of your reactions and take the next steps towards mastering your mind.
