What Folks are Saying

Lydia B.
“Val is an amazing combo of genuine, down to earth, and passionate. She puts a lot of herself into helping improve our world; not just for humans, but for animals as well. She's basically the feminist Captain Planet we need today. Her teachings are practical, sustainable, and impactful - with a healthy dose of realness and wonder.”

Ali S.
“Val is a bright light and a breath of fresh air. She offers space to show up and be real as the way to navigate being human. Val shares her heart and combines humor and knowledge to provide practical tools, meaningful conversation and impactful services.”

Hey there!
I’m Val, and I’m so glad you’re here
I've been a therapist for 10 years and an ethical vegan for 4 years.
My mission is to support the vegan (and veg-curious) community in their mental, emotional & spiritual health so they can live more vibrant lives & be stronger advocates for animal and human liberation.
I live with my husband and our fur babies in Nashville, Tennessee, and my fanatical obsessions include trees, moss, vegan queso, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
